Processing time

We usually pack and send orders within 3 working days. At busy times it can take a little longer.

Shipping cost

There is one shipping option, with a flat rate for your country. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders in many countries; your cart shows how close you are.

Duties and import taxes

Orders to the European Union, the United States and Canada are sent with duties and import taxes already paid, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

For other countries, your local customs may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are set by your country and are paid by the customer.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

We ship to most countries. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at contact@yarnpark.com and we'll tell you whether we can help.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived and tracking hasn't moved for a while, email us at contact@yarnpark.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
